How does it work?
It's easy! Simply fill out our online order form and attach a digital image of your new home. We will then check the image over and if all is well we will send you an e-mail invoice. By checking the image first we make sure that you don't part with any money until we know that everything is ready for the production of the cards. On payment of the invoice we will process your order and the production of the watercolour image will start. Our artistic technicians will work on your photograph and produce a stunning "watercolour" style image for the front of your cards. Then your new address and moving date is placed on the reverse. There is also the option of adding an A4 "watercolour" print to your package. The A4 is printed on Fine Art Etch paper (300gsm).
What size of digital image should I send?
To achieve the optimum results the ideal size for the image being sent to us is 2000 pixels wide, and no smaller than 1500 pixels wide. Please try to keep the file size to below 2Mb as this will speed up the send time of the order form. Please bear in mind that the time taken to send your order form will vary depending on the size of file that you send to us. If we think there will be any problems once we have received your image we will contact you. Will my information be passed on to other companies?
Absolutely not. All information given to us while ordering is strictly for our use only and will never be passed on to a third party. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.
Can I add information to the cards?
The reverse of your cards have space to include your home telephone number, your mobile telephone number and your e-mail address. Everything that your friends and family need to stay in contact with you after you have moved. Simply fill in these details on our order form and it will all be included on the cards for you.
How long do they take to produce?
Your "New Home Art Card" package should arrive 7-10 working days from placing your order. We do our best to deliver as promptly as possible and quite often the packages are delivered within 7 days.
